The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to both the downtown area and the ski slopes. It is also situated in a picturesque village, providing a charming atmosphere. the rooms are well-maintained and tastefully decorated, such as the Mondstein room. the family who runs the hotel is kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered is satisfying, providing more than enough options.
The dinner arrangements at another hotel may be inconvenient who prefer to dine in-house.

The room we had was nice and modern, just what we were looking for. The breakfast was okay, it had enough variety to keep us satisfied. The location was great, there was easy access to the slopes for skiing and the city center was just a short walk away.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had some issues with our room and when we brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care or want to help us resolve the issue.
